IT coordinator
The IT coordinator's work is mostly setup and access: the school's address, the first administrator, the people who can sign in, and what each of them can reach.
What to check
- The school's own address is the one its staff use; the console is a separate door.
- Each person's role is the one they need, and no more.
- A teacher sees only the class-and-subject pairs they hold.
- An incomplete or expired link is reissued, never shared.
