Start with the symptom. Each entry names the usual cause and the next action; if none of them fits, use the contact page and include the request id.
A teacher cannot see a class.
Usually because: The teacher has no class-and-subject assignment for it.
Fix: An administrator assigns the pair on the Assignments screen. A teacher is never assigned to a subject alone.
Publishing says there is nothing to publish.
Usually because: The term has no marks, or a subject has no grading rules.
Fix: Check the marks and the grading rules for the term. A subject with no rules cannot have weighted assessments.
A result looks wrong.
Usually because: The marks, the weights, the decimal places or the rounding are not what the school intended.
Fix: Open the subject's grading rules and compare them with the school's policy. The result is worked out from those rules; a correction changes the marks, not the result directly.
A correction was refused.
Usually because: The year has ended, the request has no reason, or the reviewer is the person who asked.
Fix: State the reason, and have someone other than the requester review it. A published term is corrected by a new version, never by an edit.
A sign-in or invitation link says it is incomplete or expired.
Usually because: The link is single-use and short-lived, and it has already been used or the time has passed.
Fix: Ask for a new link from the same screen. Do not forward the old one.
The school cannot be reached at all.
Usually because: The service may be unavailable, or the address may be wrong.
Fix: Try the school's own address again. If it still fails, report a problem with the request id and the screen, and the time it happened.
