A school's staff sign in at the school's own address. The platform operator signs in at the console's separate address; the two doors do not lead to the same place.
If a sign-in does not work
- Check the address you opened: a school's own address is not the console's.
- A reset or invitation link is single-use. If it says it is incomplete or expired, ask for a new one.
- An invitation still has to be accepted before the account can sign in.
