Walk: enter a class's marks

One assessment, one class, one saved sheet, on the demo school.

Teacher

Walked on 2026-10-31, the local demo school (Greenfield Academy)

Role: Teacher. This walk assumes:

  • A teacher account assigned to JSS 1A and Mathematics
  • An assessment called Mid-term test

This walk assumes a class, a subject and an assessment already exist. It ends with the sheet saved and the class's marks readable.

The walk

  1. Sign in as the demo teacher.
  2. Open Grade entry and choose 2025/2026, First term, JSS 1A and Mathematics.
  3. Choose the assessment Mid-term test.
  4. Enter marks for three students and leave one blank.
  5. Save the sheet and reopen it: the blank is still blank, not zero.
