Walk: invite a teacher

An invitation sent, accepted and used to sign in, on the demo school.

Administrator

Walked on 2026-10-31, the local demo school (Greenfield Academy)

Role: Administrator. This walk assumes:

  • An administrator account
  • An address that can receive the invitation

This walk ends with the invited teacher signing in under their own password. The invitation is single-use and expires.

The walk

  1. Open Team and invite an address with the teacher role.
  2. Open the invitation link from the message.
  3. Set a password and accept.
  4. Sign in as the new teacher and confirm only the assigned classes are visible.
