Marks are recorded against an assessment. A sheet is one assessment for one class and subject, with a row for each student.
Entering a sheet
- Choose the year, term, class and subject, then the assessment.
- Type each student's mark. A blank line means no mark has been recorded, not zero.
- Save the sheet. The whole sheet is written together, so a failure leaves no half-marked assessment.
A correction is not typing over the number
If a mark is wrong, use the correction path on the class's results screen. It keeps the earlier value and records who changed it and why.
