Promotion is a school decision, not a calculation. The product works out results and ranks them; the school decides who moves up, and the decision reads from the published record so the numbers cannot move afterwards.
At the end of the year
- Publish the final term's results.
- Open the class's promotion view.
- Review each student against the class's own bar.
- Record the decision. A student who moves can be placed in the next year's class.
