Run a term

The weeks after setup: marks, corrections, and the hand-over at the end.

The order a term runs in

  1. Before the term: the year, its terms, the classes, the subjects and the placements exist.
  2. During the term: enter marks as assessments are marked. Correct a wrong mark through the correction path.
  3. At the end: check the marks, then publish the term's results once.
  4. After publication: a correction adds a new version; the published version stays as issued.

The most common mistake is publishing before the marks are final. Publishing is not a draft: it fixes the record a parent can be shown.
